Monitors Environmental Conditions in Your Network

By connecting the included USB cable to a Tripp Lite LX Platform device, the E2MTHDI Environmental Sensor Module allows you to remotely monitor ambient temperature and humidity conditions in network environments. Via dry contact interface, it also monitors closure status of two compatible products, like smoke detectors, fire alarms and security systems. Only dry contact open/closed connectors are allowed.

Works with Tripp Lite LX Platform Devices

The E2MTHDI works with Tripp Lite LX Platform devices, including WEBCARDLX, WEBCARDLXS, PDU3XE-Series PDUs and PDU3E-Series PDUs. If temperature or humidity values exceed a certain limit or monitored contacts change state, it is recorded in the event log of the LX Platform device’s PowerAlert® Device Manager interface.

 Installs Easily and Securely

The E2MTHDI mounts magnetically to most racks and cabinets. Up to three E2 modules—including E2MTDO, E2MTDI and E2MT (all sold separately)—can be daisy-chained together. A built-in retention harness secures cable connections to reduce clutter.
