1. The machine will not be repaired free of charge in the following cases:
Out of warranty period;
Failure to use, install, maintain and maintain the machine in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, resulting in damage to the machine;
Use any non-institutional component or power supply that does not meet our requirements, resulting in damage to the machine;
The warranty sticker (ie fragile label) of the machine is damaged
Disassemble the machine by yourself or make any changes to the machine;
The computing board or chip is crushed, broken, burned, or dropped damage caused by handling;
Product damage caused by excessive voltage and leakage;
Product damage caused by too high or too low ambient temperature;
Damage caused by immersion liquid, circuit boards and components due to moisture and corrosion;
Scrapped, including burn-in, product corrosion/oxidation, chip pad pins falling off, PCB fracture, board holes
Mixed board: part or all of the computing board in the machine is not the original machine or any situation that prevents us from judging whether the computing board is the original machine;
Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, tsunami, lightning strike, etc.), for example, water ingress, circuit boards and components damp, corrosion, etc.;
2. The machine will not be repaired under the following circumstances, and all losses arising shall be responsible by the Buyer:
The machine is damaged due to the use of third-party overclocking software;
Counterfeit products;
The machine is lost;
Natural wear;
Scratches, rust spots and cracks on the surface caused by the manufacturing process or non-external force do not affect the normal operation of the product.
