NOTE
- When using the ARC and eARC functions, first plug the HDMI cable into the HDMI eARC port of the TV, turn on the ARC/eARC function in the TV settings, and turn on the TV CEC function.(Note: TV need support ARC/ eARC Function.)
- The channel gear of our equipment is set to the TV block ARC, and the eARC switch LED remains always on. The connection is successful and there is no sound from the TV.
- When you open the ARC/ eARC, then the TV remote will can not control the volume, you can only adjust the volume on your speaker/ sounder/ home theater.
