Often times, when cranking your amp to 11 with single-coil pickups, typically found on this style of guitar, the sound can get a bit noisy. Of course, this is true of our Cali Classic models as well as big brand-name guitars costing thousands of dollars. After all, single-coil pickups can deliver very desirable vintage tones. However, humbucking pickups feature a reverse polarity dual-coil design, which naturally removes those unwanted noises and allows thick and robust overtones to truly ring out!
