- Waist Sizes: 25 - 32 (64 cm - 81 cm)
- Hip Sizes: 34 - 41 (86 cm - 104 cm)
- Neck Sizes: 13 3/8 - 17 (34 cm - 43 cm) The form requires basic assembly, but no tools are required. When adjusting the product, remember to crank each dial evenly as there is a tension system in place. To expand up or down multiple sizes, we suggest that you turn each dial a little bit in order, and then go back and adjust each one a bit more.
