    Q: What should I do if I don't hear any headphones?

    A: Turn off the Bluetooth functionality. Cancel all previously connected device name "YYK-Q63".

    Remove the left and right earphones from the case, and manually press the button for 5 seconds to turn off the power.

    In case of shutdown, manually press the multi function button of left and right earphones for 10 seconds. After red and blue lamps flashed twice

    Return the left and right earphones to the charging case to check the charge mode.

    The left and right earphones are simultaneously removed from the charging case and connected to the bluetooth YYK-Q63.
