1) Please insert the adapter in the back USB port if you use a desktop since the front USB port has low power which may cause connection issue.
2) Please unzip your driver package in the folder first, and then start the setup.exe installer. If you start the setup.exe installer directly from the compressed file, a "not support this operation system" prompt may appear.
3) To avoid conflicting, please uninstall other wireless configuration and disable wireless network card of other manufacturers before installing the driver.
4) Support Systems: Windows 11/10/8/8.1/7, Mac 10.9-10.15. Not available for TV, Projector, Printer, Xbox.
5) Keep the antenna 30~60 degree tilted, the USB WiFi Adapter would provide better signal for PC. Your network speed depends on many factors, such as the network coverage, router's signal, laptop or desktop's internal memory.
STEP 1. Install the driver with the attached CD or download it online.
STEP 2. Plug the USB wifi adapter into pc/ laptop port.
STEP 3. Scan the WiFi list and connect to your home network.

1. Please close or uninstall the wireless configuration program of other manufacturers before installation, the UI of different manufacturers may conflict.
2. In order to avoid conflicting between the wireless network card of other manufacturers and the wireless network adapter during the installation of the driver, it is recommended that you first disable the wireless network card of other manufacturers when installing the driver.
The 180° antenna rotation angle can be adjusted, and the antenna angle direction can be adjusted according to the signal strength to obtain the most stable signal.
