2. Please charge your computer when connecting with this CD/DVD drive external. In case of failing to read the CD/DVD due to low power.
3. Before using the external cd drive, be sure your computer has a "Media Player". You can download VLC Media Player. As Windows version 10 doesn't come with any media players. You will need software to play DVD movies. You have VLC for this. It's free or you can donate if you wish.
4. For IOS system using the Mac commands to eject the disk. A-p-p-l-e system refuse to perform the command made by the drive.
