Creality Ender-3 V3 CoreXZ Bedslinger 3D Printer is now available. Now you can print designs at a maximum speed of 600 mm/s and maximum acceleration of 20, 000 mm/s^2. A Benchi will print in 13 minutes using Creality Hyper PLA filament. The printer has many thoughtful supports built in. The CoreXZ design includes 2 high torque motors working in unison supporting quick movements. The single dicast all aluminum metal frame and base provide stability. Belt jams or slips are a thing of the past as the XZ timing belts are automatically tensioned.
Thanks to precise linear rods and timing belts, the Z-axis can position more accurately minimizing the occurrence of Z-banding and wobbling. The printhead rests on lightweight 10 mm linear rods. The direct drive extruder of the Ender-3 V3 is enhanced by a bolster spring and a ball plunger. It tightly grips filament. A powerful ceramic heater surrounds the hot-end and can fully melt ABS, PETG and other high temperature filament. Nozzle heats from 0 to 300 degrees Celsius. There are 2 cooling fans, one on the front and one on the back of the printhead.
This ensures prints do not droop, warp or string. The hot-end has a quick swap tri-metal "unicorn" nozzle. The durable steel-tipped copper nozzle is integrated with a titanium alloy heatbreak. Heatbreak blocks heatcreep. The nozzle can be swapped easily. There are 2 stepper motors, one on the left and other on the right at the base of the machine to power the Z and X axis motion. Assembly takes 10 minutes, as the Ender-3 V3 arrives in highly pre-assembled modules. To auto calibrate, just give it a tap and walk away, no paper needed or screw adjustments.
The HD Touchscreen is 4.3" with seamless touch response. It has HD resolution. The PEI coated plate makes it sticky to models printed in a variety of materials. The spring steel base allows you to release models with a slight bend. The Ender-3 V3 has input shaping, auto-leveling, WiFi connectivity, power loss recovery, runout sensor, option to add an AI camera, USB/WLAN/Creality Cloud file transfer, new high-speed direct drive extruder, maximum heatbed temperature of 110 degrees Celsius. Compatible file formats for slicing are STL, OBJ and 3MF.
