Description
The PCI-E expansion riser card adapter is designed to convert 1 PCI-E 1X slot into 3 PCI-E 1X slots.
The 3 PCI-E 1X slots could connect sound card, graphics card and network card simultaneously and work in an independent non-interfering way.
It is the perfect and practical solution to instantly expand PCI-E slots in crowded systems or on the motherboards with limited PCI-E ports.
Features:
1-slot PCI-E 1X to 3 slots 1X riser card with high speed USB 3.0 cable.Support 3 PCI-E 1X devices Simultaneously,and non-interference each other.
Compliant with PCI express 2.0 & 1.1 specification.
Power by Molex 4pin and SATA 15pin interface simultaneously, very helpful for motherboard load reducing
The card is used for Multi-ports PCIe switching
Works greatly for WINXP,WIN7,WIN8,WIN10,LINUX MAC
Easy installation, fully plug and play, convenient and efficient.
Specification:
Color: Blue
Transmission interface: PCI-E 1.0, PCI-E 2.0, PCI-E 3.0
Power supply interface: SATA 15pin and molex 4pin
Operating system: for all Windows OS / for Linux / for Mac
USB cable length: 60cm / 24in
Data transfer speed: 10/100/1000Mbps
Special Instruction
Due USB 3.0 cable transfer speed is just 5Gbps(625MB/s), Every PCIe x1 slot just have about 208MB/s after bandwidth loss in one-to three slots switching
This card is just for PCIe slot expanding, can ot enchance your motherboard PCIe x1 slot bandwidth.
The card may not provide enough bandwidth for high bandwidth requirement PCIe devices.
All 3 PCIe slots works in PCIe Gen2 mode, even if motherboard just support PCIe Gen 1 mode
Recommend equipped PCIe 2.0, PCIe 3.0 devics to using with the card
Product installation
The computer needs to be turned off before they can plug the adapter card.
1. Card equipped PCIe x1 male interface plugged into the motherboard's PCIe slot.
2. Use USB3.0 data cable to connect the ends of the two USB port. Plug in the power supply.
3. First in no hurry to insert your PCI-E card, start the computer to see if your computer has been
identified to the riser card, if you did not find the card, repeat the above operation (Note: The first time to insert card to start the computer, into the system in general will be prompted to install
new hardware, such as "PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge", you need to wait for it to automatically install the complete, individual anti-virus software will prevent these files installation, note skipped),
when your computer has been recognized the card, blue LED PCI slot on normal light, computer equipment manager in the system device will show an increase of several "PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
4. After completing the above three steps, turn off the computer, plug in your PCI-E card, to be careful not to insert the contrary,
5. then boot into the system, install PCI-E Card Driver
