Based on the ASM1064 chip, Upstream is PCI-Express 3.0 X1 Speed: 4 x SATA III 6Gbps ports share PCI-Express 3.0 X1 bandwidth (8Gbps), so 4 x SATA III drivers can not reach 6Gbps at the same time.
Only Port 1 Supprt OS Boot, and the other 3 ports can not support OS Boot
