About Compatibility:
This USB4 extension cable completely compatible with any thunderbolt 3 dock/hub/cable, for example: Dell TB15/16 thunderbolt 3 docking station, HP thunderbolt 3 dock etc. (The general USB C 3.1 or 3.2 extension cables on the market are not compatible with these thunderbolt devices, our USB4 extension cable is a major breakthrough on the platform.)
- Due to different product function designs of device manufacturers, some devices need to wait for 10-15 seconds after using the extension cable, so that the system can identify the device.
Important NOTE:
If you hook up a USB 2.0 peripheral (Such as Mouse, Keyboard, USB C headphones, etc) to our usb4 extension cable and it doesn't work as you expected. You just need to filp the female end of the extension cable over and try to connect again (USB 2.0 devices can only support one side, and the direction you plug in the dock to the extension does matter). Please make sure you use both sides of the plug to test whether the cable works properly.
