Please update the USB driver of your computer if the keyboard and mouse doesn't work.
In order to reach the best performance and support the 1080p above or 4k resolution of the monitor please use HDMI 2.0 cable. Because HDMI 1.4 cable not enough to support the monitor resolution higher than 1080p.

Qustion: Does it support computer DVI or Displayport interface?
Answer: Yes!! But need a DVI To HDMI Cable and Displayport to HDMI converter. (Not come with the package)
Qustion: Does it support MAC MINI?
Answer: Yes, but need to adjust the resolution of Mac mini to 1920*1080p @60hz. Some customer didn't know how to deal with the Mac mini, but successfully solve after downscale the resolution. If your device resolution is higher than our standard, please downscale the resolution.
