Please make sure that the USB C PD port of this laptop docking station dual monitor is connected to the power supply, it is recommended to use the original charging cable of the notebook(above 65W). And the Type C PD port is ONLY used for power supply.

It may be because the computer is set to an energy-saving mode, just adjust the settings as:
- Settings-Energy Saver-disable the "hard disk to sleep when possible" -save
When your laptop is turned off and then turned on again, you need to RE-PLUG the docking station or HDMI cable, and then the external monitors will be automatically recognized. Since HDMI recognition is detected by unplugging, when the HDMI cable is plugged in, the computer will automatically recognize the external monitor. If this is omitted, the computer will not know that there are HDMI devices are connected.

Note:
- M-a-cbbook pro 2017 has a particularly severe problem with wifi interference, which is caused by the wifi antenna being too close to the port. You can check this on Intel's official website, Intel has explained: USB3.0 and bluetooth devices, interference between wifi. This is not caused by the docking station dual monitor.
