CPU Cooler Bracket for ADM CPU Socket AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1/FM2/FM2+ (990FX/990X/980G/970 Chipsets)

1) CPU cooler retention mounting bracket fit for ADM CPU Socket AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1/FM2/FM2+ (990FX/990X/980G/970 Chipsets)



2) Fit for AMD CPU: Athlon II, Phenom II, FX, Sempron



3) First mount the backplate to the back side of motherboard, then put the 2 mount brackets (yellew color) on top of the motherboard. Fasten the backplate and mount bracket with screws.



4) Before install CPU cooler, add a thin layer of thermal grease on the surface of CPU. Then hook the CPU cooler clip to the mounting lug on one side of the bracket. On the other side,push straight down on the the CPU cooler clip to hook it to the mounting lug on the bracket. Finally, attach the power connector of the CPU cooler to the CPU fan header (CPU_FAN) on the motherboard



5) Do not fit for AMD CPU: Ryzen 5000 Series, Ryzen 3000 Series, Ryzen 3000 Series with Radeon Graphics, Ryzen 2000 Series, Ryzen 2000 Series with Radeon Graphics, Ryzen 1000 Series, Athlon with Radeon Graphics
