Why can't the tracker be paired with my phone?
Please note that the tracker can be paired with one device at a time. If you want to pair with another device, please disconnect the tracker with previous device and turn off the Bluetooth on previous device first, then you can see the Bluetooth name of tracker in the APP by clicking "Binding device" in "Device" menu.
For iOS system, if the Bluetooth name of tracker don't display in the Runmifit App Device menu, please enter the Bluetooth menu in your phone Settings, find the Bluetooth name of tracker, click "Forget This Device" in Settings. Then refresh the "Binding device" in App, you can see the tracker Bluetooth name and connect with your iphone.
Wristband size:
This wristband could be adjusted from 4.7-8 Inches to fit different wrist sizes.
