The toner cartridge can be used normally under normal circumstances, and there is no need to use the chip of old toner cartridge.
If it cannot be used normally after installation, please refer to the VIDEO on purchase link to replace the chip.
Please shake the toner cartridge 1-2 times horizontally to make the inside toner more evenly to facilitate the normal use of the toner cartridge
Please remove the black anti-pollution paper.
Please pull out the seal. (Pull out the seal in parallel in the direction of the arrow to avoid breaking.)
After installing the toner cartridge, the printer will prompt "Error", please click "OK".
Then the printer will pop up a prompt page, please ignore this page directly and the printer can print normally.
