Welding method
Visually inspect the welding head, hold it at 60° to the horizontal plane, and press the two needles on the surface of the nickel sheet at the same time
(Press it tightly, the contact is good, the current flows from one needle to another, and the high current melts the nickel sheet so that the battery and the nickel sheet are welded successfully)


Operation guide
1. Please read the manual carefully after getting the product
2. Short press to power on, long press to power off, and no operation for 6 minutes will automatically power off.
3. Support nickel sheet thickness 0.1-0.15mm.
4. After power on, the product is in automatic welding mode, welding once every 2 seconds.
5. When the welding head detects that it touches the metal, it can output once, and then lift it up to weld the next time. 6. Ensure that the battery welding surface is free of rust, clean and flat.
7. Make sure the nickel sheet is clean and flat.
8. Set up the spot welding machine and press it properly so that the welding pin and the nickel sheet, the nickel sheet and the battery are in good contact, and there is no dangling and no bad contact, so that the welding can be done well. Different nickel sheet thicknesses use different gears. It is not that the higher the power, the better the effect. Users can try which gear is more suitable.
9. Use Android mobile phone charger to charge, 5V input (higher voltage is strictly prohibited), charging current 1A, it is recommended to use 5V/2A charger. This product supports use while charging.
10. After turning on the machine, the output power of the spot welding machine can be changed by short pressing the button, and the blue light indicates the gear.
