Q&A

Q1. I ordered wireless USB mouse, But I can not see the USB in my package?
A1. The USB receiver is at the bottom of the mouse. You could see our instruction map.

Q2. Bluetooth Mouse only have Bluetooth? Can I use USB receiver?
A2. Bluetooth version is Bluetooth + 2.4G USB Adapter, If your device has Bluetooth function, you can use the Bluetooth mode of the mouse. If your device has only a USB interface and no Bluetooth function, please use the mouse's wireless 2.4G mode, and you can use it after you plug in the adapter

Q3. Why the cursor can't locate accurate?
A3. When the mouse cursor can't locate accurate, the mouse need to be charged.

Q4. How can I know it is charging, or it is charged?
A4. When charging, the scroll wheel is Red light. When charged, the scroll wheel light is OFF.

Note:

1. It's out of power if the mouse cursor moves slowly or stop moving, the indicator which below the DPI button will flash red light, please use the charging cable to recharge it. Its recommended to charge the mouse on computer interface.
2. Please charge the mouse for 2 hours before the first time to use it. The red light beside the scroll wheel will be on while charging, and then goes off when the mouse is fully charged.

3. The mouse will be in sleeping mode after 8 minutes inactivity, you can click any button to wake it up.

4. If connection fails, turn off the mouse, remove and reinsert the dongle, then turn on the mouse try again.
