1. After connecting: While using, please plug in the original charger of the laptop to ensure the normal use of product functions.
2. About 4K resolution: ONLY when your devices support 4K resolution(AMD + DP1.4), the video output will be 4K. Meanwhile, please confirm both two HDMI monitors support 4K resolution.
3. Lower than 4K resolution: While the Windows laptop is DP1.2, the resolution of two HDMI monitors will be 1080P. No matter the WIN system or Mac Os system, the max resolution of monitors will be 1080P when connect to the VGA monitor.
4. About 4 Screens: ONLY "DP1.4 and AMD processor computers" or "Apple models listed after 2018 with dual systems installed" can achieve 4 screens when using the WIN system.
5. About M1 Chip: For the unstable performance of the latest 2020 Mac processor M1 chip, the video output may fail to display properly in parts of the devices.
6. Incompatible USB Format: Please confirm whether the format of the USB device is compatible. If it is incompatible, a formatting operation is required. Before the operation, the data must be backed up.
