Due to the unstable performance of the latest 2020 Mac M1 processor chip, video output incompatibility situations may occur in parts of the devices, which may cause the video output to fail.
This 14-in-one docking station is NOT compatible with Logitech Bluetooth products for Bluetooth signal interference.
DO NOT recommend using other converters when using this dock as it is hard to confirm whether the converter is compatible with the Hub and your devices.
It is normal that the chip temperature will naturally rise under working at full capacity by default when using HDMI and DP ports. The temperature is acceptable within 150 °F.
The configuration of the laptop and monitor determines the resolution and output performance. Please make sure all your monitors support 4K@60Hz if you want to get 4K@60Hz image output.
Under Mac OS, the resolution of 2 or 3 monitors will be 4K 30Hz if connect to HDMI 2 port.
Under Windows, the resolution of monitors will be always consistent with the laptop under mirror display. If extend to 2 or 3 monitors under Extended mode, the resolution shows 4K 30Hz on one monitor, and the others will be 1080P.
