* Adhesive Hooks: Peel off the protective layer of the adhesive hook, and press the sticky side of the adhesive hook to the ceiling firmly.
* Screw Hooks: Drill holes on the ceiling, place the screw cap into the hole and twist the screw hook into the screwcap.
Hang up pulley
Hang the retractable pulley on the adhesive hook or the screw hook.
