As an impressive member of the Thermaltake new Frio Silent Series, Frio Silent 14 CPU Cooler features non-interference cooling design to successfully solve the co-existing problem of high-end RAM and CPU coolers. It has optimized 0.4mm aluminum fins and three Direct Contact heatpipes, delivering rapid, highly effective heat dissipation. It’s outfitted with a specially designed 140mm PWM fan, which produces voluminous airflow to maximize cooling performance while maintaining silent operation. Plus, it provides great socket compatibility with all common Intel and AMD platforms.

Non-Interference Cooling Design

Featuring non-interference cooling design, Frio Slient 14 CPU cooler achieves the best RAM clearance, allowing user to easily install high-end overclock RAM beside it.

Performance Optimized Design

Optimized 0.4mm aluminum fins are designed not only for distinctive looks but also for rapid heat dissipation. Tower side flow design optimizes the cooling performance.

Heat Conductivity

3 x ⌀ 8mm solid cooper heat-pipes dissipate heat effectively allowing maximum heat conductivity. Heat-pipes are in Direct Contact with the CPU to ensure fast and efficient heat dissipation.

PWM and LNC in One

A 140mm PWM fan operates at speeds up to 1200RPM, creating voluminous airflow to further enhance cooling performance. LNC (Low Noise Cable) can reduce 38% noise level from 19.3 dBA to 12 dBA.

Frio Slient 14 supports all common Intel and AMD platforms, including Haswell LGA1150.
