It comes equipped with a quad-core 1GHz processor and 1GB of DDR3 RAM, features five Gigabit Ethernet ports & one SFP port, delivering 3.4-million packets-per-second routing performance and a 6Gbps line rate. With PoE capability, each of the five GbE ports delivers up to 24W passive PoE power to drive supported devices like airMAX products. Its fanless design enables quiet operation, and the metal case is rugged and durable to withstand harsh environments.
The Edgerouter 6P is powered by EdgeOS, which offers intuitive graphics interface for easy configuration of routing, security and management features required to efficiently run you network. Advanced network professionals can use CLI for quick and direct access by familiar commands. And UNMS (Ubiquiti Network Management System) mobile app is available, which allows users to manage the router remotely from mobile devices for even greater convenience and flexibility.
